My blog is DEAD.
Nobody wants to tag la.
SHEESH.
Ks, nvm. No mood to Blog after receiving results shocks.
But At least. What i hope for some came true.
Hate last saturday, band practice.
Made to stand up for responsibility of the next generation.
I did my best, ppl.
Tried to make u guys understand, trying to put u guys in my shoes.
All tryings failed after all...
My sec1's experience wasn't as pleasant as u guys think now.
My seniors, an undeniable fact that they're nice ppl, but the state then was jus to keep pumping, giving no damn.
Scales are to be learned and familiarised at fingertips within a month.
Wrong notes in a scale cost at least 20 pumpings.
That was my time.
So, i didn't really believe in punishments methods. & the last time pumpings was done was 8 months ago, informally and lenient.
I thought i shud change the use authority to punish, to rewards. A greater push and motivation.
More than Two months have passed since you guys are told to learn
Guess my thinking for a revolution and abolishment came crashing, proving me wrong.
Guess Punishments is still the best method, muchmuch better than smiles and persuasion.
